ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal U.S. resident 21 years of age or older physically residing in the 50 United States (includes DC) to enter or win. Residents of New York or Florida are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of Chicago Public Media, Inc. (“CPM”) or its affiliates, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild) and household members of all suchemployees, are NOT eligible. Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in New York, Florida, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

ENTRY PERIODS, ENTRY DEADLINES, AND WINNER SELECTION TIMES FOR PRIZES: The promotion will take place beginning December 1 at 12:00 a.m. and end January 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. The winners will receive one (1) $99 Spotify gift card for a total of $99. The winner will be contacted via email and will have five (5) days to accept the prize and respond with a U.S. shipping address. Chicago Public Media is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries. The information you provide will be used consistent with CPM’s Privacy Policy. Entries do NOT roll over week to week. Winner selection will be on Tuesday, February 2, 2021.
