In order to grow, you have to overcome your fear… and Chicago native Heavy Crownz’s record “Grow Sumn” off his project Whole Lotta Seedz is all about watering your mental garden and becoming the root of positivity.

Grace Kinter – “Meet You There”

From Chamomile Honey to her latest single “Meet You There,” which will be on her upcoming EP Side Effects, set to release near the end of summer, Grace Kinter continues to impress with her angelic vocals and melodic runs. Her latest single features Chicago icon Brenden Cabrera, who also arranged the song’s aesthetics.

Christian JaLon – “Mine”

Chicago Vocalist Christian JaLon takes us on a vocal journey with the release of her 2020 EP Unmixed Unmastered. Her single “Mine.” is a great interpretation of ownership and understanding that the key to enjoying life is being happy for what you have.

nombreKARI – “73 DEGREES”

Representing Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood, nombreKARI tests the temperature to see if things are hot, cold or lukewarm. In this case, the weather turns out to be perfect for a memorable summertime outing, in which he shares in his single “73 DEGREES” off his album Children Play With Fire.
