The Rundown
In this shift, we hear about some of Curie High School's students as they share their regrets from this past year.
We hear first hand tales of "The Pocket", a South Side neighborhood-in-transition, supplied by a collaboration between Free Spirit Youth Media, The Gary Comer Youth Center, and Umoja Community Builders.
We've also got another piece from Free Spirit Media (a high school media organization in Chicago), interviewing folks of all ages about the use of the drug Ecstasy in the community, and whether rappers like Lil Wayne influence young folks to use it.
We've also got loads of grooves from my crates about eating, drinking, and being merry: from "Monkey Hips and Rice" to "Cold Duck Time" and "Chocolate Candy".
Plus, as always, loads of stuff from Vocaleros like (and unlike) you....
