Joined by the knowledgeable Kenneth Hite, author of the CIG to U.S. History, in the studio where Luis is going to push that the history lesson this week gets from where they are now (Louisiana Purchase 1804 & James Madison 1809-1817) to at least Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War (1861-1865).

So far we've talked about the events leading up to the Declaration of Independence, and touched upon some of the differences between the two political parties of the time.
