The Rundown

Midday kicks off with Veronica Anderson, Editor-in-Chief of Catalyst-Chicago who will be on to talk about some new dynamics taking place with the Orr school closings involving a reform group known as Prise.  She'll also be talking about the fact that Orr has undergone multiple reforms in recent years. We're also talking to students, parents and teachers today at the Orr High School graduation, on this day--their last day of school as they now know it--as next year the ORR campus returns to one giant school, eliminating the expansion schools that called the Orr campus home (currently comprised of Mose Vines, A.A.S.T.A. and EXCEL-Orr Academy) into consolidated Orr.  Ayana will be on location at the A.A.S.T.A graduation to congratulate and gather their year end stories for you. We'll also discuss wind turbines with the folks at Fowler Wind Project and again our Wednesday friends at The Windy Citizen get on the horn about stem cell research.  And of course, Hump Day means it's on with the Top 10 Download Countdown coming to us today from www.stompy.com. Upload your pics (under > Create) and we'll pull 'em for a playlist like THIS!
