Plus, it's shaping up to be another rough year for violence against young Chicagoans-- 24 public school students have been killed in the school year that's just ending-- and members of the Latino community are getting together to demand that the state kick in money to support anti-violence initiatives.  Jorge Mederos of La Raza fills us in.
