9 radios turned on one by one, then turned off one after another on February 06 2008 8-21 to 8-23 PM. Capturing and bringing nine sourses of information all into one space for two minutes. In the age of information we're bomabarded with it at any time and anywhere. We know of it. We don't know of it. It's there and the only way to make sense of it is to filter through it. We have artificial filters - Google, Yahoo, Amazon.com-style recommendation filters, etc. But we also have biological filters - our selective attention that may ignore or may note any piece of information. Intentionally or unintentionally. We know of it. We don't know of it. Or it becomes overwhelmed as in this radio piece when all radios go on at once. Then, we either pay attention to only one or two sourses, or it becomes noise all together.

I enjoyed this a great deal, not only is an interesting concept, it also creates a really interesting soundscape.
