Who wants a Randy Mantooth?

Apropos of nothing, have you ever heard of the actor Randolph Mantooth. HE was on Emergency!, a show from the seventies that applied the buddy-cop formula to the life of emergency medical technicians.
I happened to read an article about the show today on mentalfloss.com, and realised that it never occured to me how ridiculous the moniker Randy Mantooth really is.
