I say yes -- the arguments before the Supreme Court indicate that there haven't been any instances where people in Indiana were denied the right to vote because they didn't have a driver's license or ID card. There's a process for provisional ballots if someone shows up without an ID.

Get your ID now, however since REAL ID requires that birth certificates and Social Security data match up, just in case there's a problem.

If people want to get around Voter ID rules, they can vote absentee. Of course, this is where all of the problems occur, if all of the court cases from East Chicago are any indication.
