I'm a freelance composer and multi-instrumentalist. I've written an opera, numerous chamber works, several musicals, rock songs, jazz arrangements, and I do orchestral arrangements for my rock star friends. I play a handful of instruments in numerous ensembles and accompany dance classes during the day.

I'm a stay-at-home dad, who is barely holding it together. My 3 year old is way to smart and my 1 year old has took a liking to eating house plants, wood chips, ltissues, leaves, and on 2 occassions the neighbors dog food. I began a blog Life Between Naps in July and it has taken off since then.
