"A bombing in the eastern city of Lahore has killed at least 43 people – the fifth terrorist attack this week as extremists in Pakistan demonstrate their continued ability to strike." - Saeed Shah journalist guardian.uk

Ali Alvi was born and raised in Pakistan and attended school in Lahore. He now lives in Seattle, Washington but much of his family is still in Lahore. When he learned of the bombings he called home. His family was affected by this round of bombings.

He called Vocalo from Seattle. He talks about how Lahore was when he was there last and how helpless he feels now that he lives in the U.S.  Ali says his family has grown somewhat desensitized by the bombing since they occur so often.
