Ribfest Chicago will draw 50 thousand people to Chicago’s North Side this weekend - people who will consume 65,000 pounds of ribs. But not all those ribs will come from animals.

 Vocalo.org goes live from Mary's BBQ, a great joint on South Pulaski Ave. Here, Shantell interviews owner Chris Jones. His parents opened the restaurant in 1968 to help feed him and his 8 brothers and sisters! Now he runs the place, and judging by the line of customers out the door, he does pretty well!

Tommy Wilbourn from Moo and Oink is grilling us up some delicious dishes of the meat persuasion.
